Affiliate rules and prohibited practices

To keep the program fair and protect the Winbance brand, every affiliate must follow these rules. They are part of the affiliate agreement you sign.

What you can do

• Promote Winbance on your website, social media, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, Telegram and Discord communities.
• Share honest reviews, tutorials and your own results with Winbance.
• Use the official banners and materials from your affiliate dashboard.
• Run paid ads on your own content, as long as they follow the rules below.

What is not allowed

Practice	Why
Self-referrals	Buying with your own link or code, or for accounts you control
Fake or duplicate accounts	Creating accounts or using the same IP to generate commissions
Brand bidding	Paid search ads on the keyword "Winbance" or its variations
Coupon and cashback websites	Publishing your code on discount, coupon or cashback platforms
Spam	Unsolicited emails, mass private messages or comment spam
Misleading claims	Promising guaranteed profits, guaranteed payouts or easy money
"Real money" claims	Winbance accounts use simulated capital. Talk about payout rewards, never "real money trading"
Posing as Winbance	Presenting yourself as Winbance staff or using pages and profiles that look official
Sharing commissions with buyers	Offering cashback or part of your commission to the traders you refer

What happens if a rule is broken

Depending on the case:

1. A warning from your Affiliate Manager.
2. Cancellation of the commissions related to the violation.
3. Suspension or permanent closure of your affiliate account, with cancellation of pending commissions.

Good to know

• You are responsible for complying with the advertising and disclosure laws of your country, such as indicating that your content includes an affiliate link.
• If you are unsure whether a promotion method is allowed, ask your Affiliate Manager or partners@winbance.com before using it.
