Do I need my own Rithmic account?

No. You don't need to open or pay for your own Rithmic account. Winbance creates your Rithmic access automatically when you buy an account.

What Winbance provides

• Rithmic credentials: your Rithmic username and password, sent by email within minutes of your purchase.
• Real-time CME market data, included in your account.
• Access to any Rithmic-compatible platform, such as R|Trader Pro, Quantower or NinjaTrader.

Your credentials are always available in Dashboard → Accounts → Credentials.

Before your first trade

The first time you log in, Rithmic asks you to complete two steps:

1. Accept the market data agreements. This is a requirement of the exchanges.
2. Select your market data status: Non-Professional. Choosing Professional may generate additional fees and is not allowed on Winbance accounts.

You only need to do this once per Rithmic user.

Can I use an existing Rithmic account?

No. Your Winbance accounts can only be traded with the credentials provided by Winbance. Credentials from another firm or a personal brokerage account are not connected to your Winbance accounts.

Good to know

• Keep your credentials private. Sharing them or letting someone else trade your account is not allowed.
• If you have several Winbance accounts, all of them appear under your Rithmic user, so you can switch between them on your platform.
