How do I activate my Livex account?

After your Challenge is approved, you activate your Livex account in a few steps directly from your dashboard. The whole process usually takes less than 10 minutes.

Before you start

Your Challenge must be approved by our team. If you haven't requested the review yet, open your Challenge in Dashboard → Accounts and click Request Livex activation.

Activation steps

Once approved, open your account page and follow the steps:

1. Verify your identity (KYC). Upload a valid ID document and take a selfie. It takes 2–3 minutes and you only do it once for all your accounts.
2. Review your payout plan. Your plan is set automatically from your purchase: 90% profit split and a 14-day cycle, or 7 days if you chose weekly payouts.
3. Sign the Livex agreement. Read and accept the agreement online.
4. Pay the activation fee, if it applies. Challenge Flex has an activation fee unless you included it at checkout. Challenge Edge has no activation fee.
5. Submit your activation.

After you submit

• Your Livex account is created automatically, with its own login (for example, WNB-LIVEX-12345678).
• It appears under your same Rithmic user within minutes.
• Your Challenge account is closed and removed from your platform.
• You receive a confirmation email.

Good to know

• Your progress is saved, so you can complete the steps at your own pace.
• If your KYC is already approved from a previous account, that step is completed automatically.
• If you already have 5 active Livex accounts, your activation stays pending until a slot becomes available.
