On Livex, your best trading day cannot represent more than 50% of the profit you made in the payout period. The rule is checked every time you request a payout.
How the period is calculated
- First payout: from the day your Livex account was activated.
- Next payouts: from the day of your previous payout.
Only the trading days inside the current period count. Each new payout starts a new period.
Formula: best day in the period ÷ total profit in the period ≤ 50%
Example on a 50K Livex account
| Situation | Best day | Profit in the period | Consistency | Can I request a payout? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | $700 | $2,000 | 35% | ✓ Yes |
| B | $1,400 | $2,000 | 70% | ✗ Not yet |
| B, after more trading | $1,400 | $2,800 | 50% | ✓ Yes |
In situation B, your account stays active. You just need to keep trading until your best day represents 50% or less of the profit in the period.
Consistency by funded account
| Account | Consistency rule |
|---|---|
| Livex | 50% |
| Direct Pass | Applies on payouts |
| Freedom | None |
Good to know
- The consistency rule never breaches your account. It only affects when you can request a payout.
- Losing days reduce the profit of the period, so they make the rule harder to meet.
- Your current consistency is shown in real time on your account page and in Dashboard → Payouts.
