How do I connect with MotiveWave, Sierra Chart or Bookmap?

These three platforms connect to your Winbance account through Rithmic. In all of them you use the same details from Dashboard → Accounts → Credentials:

System / Server	Rithmic Paper Trading
Gateway	The gateway closest to you, for example Chicago Area or Europe

MotiveWave

Available for Windows, macOS and Linux, which makes it a great choice for Mac users.

1. Open MotiveWave and click Connect on the start screen.
2. Click New (or Add Connection) and select Rithmic.
3. Enter your credentials, the Rithmic Paper Trading system and your gateway.
4. Click Connect, then select your Winbance account in the order panel.

Sierra Chart

A powerful, lightweight platform for advanced charting and order flow.

1. Go to Global Settings → Data/Trade Service Settings.
2. In Service, select Rithmic Direct.
3. Enter your username and password, and choose Rithmic Paper Trading and your gateway.
4. Click OK, then go to File → Connect to Data Feed.
5. Select your Winbance account in the Trade Window before placing orders.

Bookmap

A visual order flow platform with a heatmap of the order book. Available for Windows and macOS.

1. Open Bookmap and go to Connections → Configure.
2. Click Add and select Rithmic.
3. Enter your credentials, the Rithmic Paper Trading system and your gateway.
4. Click Connect, open a contract and select your Winbance account in the trading panel.

Before you start

• First login: if you have never logged in with your Rithmic user before, first accept the market data agreements and select Non-Professional from R|Trader web in your browser.
• Licenses: some features of these platforms require a paid license, purchased directly from each provider.
• Automated trading is not allowed on Winbance accounts, even if the platform supports it.
• Several accounts: always check which account is selected before each order.
