How do I connect with NinjaTrader?

NinjaTrader 8 is one of the most widely used futures platforms, with advanced charting, the SuperDOM, market analysis and a large library of indicators. It connects to your Winbance account through Rithmic.

Step 1. Install NinjaTrader 8

1. Download NinjaTrader 8 from the official website (ninjatrader.com) and install it on your Windows computer.
2. Open NinjaTrader and log in with your NinjaTrader account. Some features may require a NinjaTrader license, purchased directly from NinjaTrader.

Step 2. Add the Rithmic connection

1. In the Control Center, go to Connections → Configure.
2. In the list of available connections, select Rithmic and click Add.
3. Enter the details from Dashboard → Accounts → Credentials:

Connection name	Any name, for example "Winbance"
User name	Your Rithmic username
Password	Your Rithmic password
Server	Rithmic Paper Trading
Gateway	The gateway closest to you, for example Chicago Area or Europe

1. Click Apply, then OK.

Step 3. Connect and trade

1. In the Control Center, go to Connections and click the connection you created. The status at the bottom left turns green.
2. Open a Chart or SuperDOM from New in the Control Center.
3. Select the futures contract and choose your Winbance account (for example, WNB-12345678) in the account selector.
4. If you have several accounts, check the selected account before each order.

Useful tips

• Use the Accounts tab in the Control Center to see the balance and P&L of all your accounts.
• NinjaTrader shows its own account values. Your official balance, drawdown and progress are always the ones in your Winbance dashboard.
• NinjaScript strategies and automated trading are not allowed on Winbance accounts. You can use indicators.

First login

If you have never logged in with your Rithmic user before, first accept the market data agreements and select Non-Professional. You can do it in a minute from R|Trader web in your browser, with the same credentials.

Common problems

Problem	Solution
The connection stays yellow or red	Check that the server is Rithmic Paper Trading and copy the credentials again
I don't see my account	Disconnect and connect again after your account has been created
No market data	Accept the market data agreements and select Non-Professional
