Why can't I request a payout yet?

If the Request payout button is not available, at least one requirement is still missing. Your dashboard tells you exactly which one in Dashboard → Payouts → What's missing to withdraw.

Common reasons and how to solve them

Message in your dashboard	What it means	What to do
KYC not approved	Your identity is not verified yet	Complete KYC in Settings → Verification
2FA not enabled	Two-factor authentication is off	Enable it in Settings → Security
No payout method	You haven't saved a payout method	Add one in Settings → Payout methods
Safety net not reached	Your balance is not above the safety net yet (first payout)	Keep trading until your balance is above the level shown
Qualified days missing	You don't have enough qualified days in this period	Trade until you reach 3 (Livex, Freedom) or 5 (Direct Pass) qualified days
Consistency not met	Your best day is above the limit for this period	Keep trading until your best day is within the limit
Next payout date	The time between payouts hasn't passed yet	Wait until the date shown
Below minimum	The amount available is under $250	Keep trading until $250 or more is available
Pending payout	You already have a payout in progress on this account	Wait until it is paid or rejected
Maximum payouts reached	The account has completed its 5 payouts	See What happens after the 5th payout?
Account not active	The account is breached, closed or paused	Check the account status on your account page

• Each requirement shows a progress bar or a date, so you can see how close you are.
• The panel updates in real time while you trade. You don't need to refresh the page.
• Every reason has a link that takes you directly to the place where you can solve it.
