My card payment was declined
Most declined payments are caused by the bank. Approve the payment in your bank app or try another method.

A declined payment is usually caused by your bank, not by Winbance. In most cases it is solved in a few minutes.
Most common reasons
| Reason | What to do |
|---|---|
| Your bank blocked the payment | Banks sometimes block international or online payments for security. Approve the payment in your bank app, or call your bank, and try again |
| 3D Secure not completed | Confirm the payment in your bank app or with the SMS code when asked |
| Insufficient funds or card limit | Check your balance and your daily or online spending limit |
| Card not enabled for online payments | Enable online and international payments in your bank app |
| Incorrect card details | Check the number, expiry date, CVC and postal code |
| Card type not supported | Some prepaid or virtual cards are not accepted. Try another card |
What to do
- Check the message shown at checkout. It usually tells you the reason.
- Contact your bank or check your bank app to approve the payment.
- Try again after a few minutes.
- If it still doesn't work, use another method: PayPal, crypto or another card.
Important
- Don't retry many times in a row. Several failed attempts can make your bank or our payment provider block new attempts temporarily.
- A declined payment may appear as pending in your bank for a few days. It is not a charge, and your bank releases it automatically.
- Your account is only created when the payment is confirmed. If you were charged but don't see your account, see I was charged but I have no account.
