A trading day is any CME trading session in which you close at least one trade on your account.
When does a session start and end?
Winbance follows the CME futures session, based on Chicago time (CT):
| Chicago (CT) | Spain (CET) | UTC | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session opens | 17:00 | 00:00 | 23:00 |
| Session closes (next day) | 16:00 | 23:00 | 22:00 |
The session that opens on Sunday at 17:00 CT counts as Monday's trading day. Times in Spain and UTC change by one hour when daylight saving time changes in the US or in Europe.
What counts and what doesn't
| Situation | Counts as a trading day? |

| You only place orders that are not filled | No |
| You log in to your platform but don't trade | No |
| A shortened session on a holiday where you close a trade | Yes |
