Every payout is reviewed by our team before it is sent. If a request is rejected, the reason is always shown with the payout in Dashboard → Payouts and in the email you receive.
Most common reasons
| Reason | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Requirements no longer met | Between your request and the review, a loss changed your balance, safety net or consistency | Keep trading until the requirements are met again and request a new payout |
| Payout details incorrect | The bank details, Binance Pay ID or TRC-20 address are wrong or incomplete | Correct them in Settings → Payout methods and request again |
| Name doesn't match your KYC | The payout account is not in the name of the verified trader | Add a payout method in your own name |
| KYC issue | Your identity verification is expired, incomplete or under review | Complete or update your KYC |
| Trading rule broken | Overnight positions, trades shorter than 30 seconds or trading in the 10 minutes before high-impact news | Review the trading rules. Depending on the case, the account may be closed |
| Prohibited practice detected | Bots, hedging between accounts, account sharing or account passing services | The payout is cancelled and the account is closed |
What happens to the amount
When a payout is rejected, nothing is deducted from your account. The full amount stays in your balance, and you can request a new payout as soon as the requirements are met, unless the account was closed.
Do you disagree with the decision?
Open a ticket from Dashboard → Support with the subject Payout, select the payout ID and explain your case. Our team will review it and reply in the ticket.
How to avoid rejections
- Check the panel What's missing to withdraw before you request.
- Avoid trading in a way that could change your requirements while your payout is pending.
- Keep your KYC and payout methods up to date and in your own name.
