How long does a payout take?
Reviews take a few hours, and sending takes from 3 hours up to 3 business days depending on the method.

Winbance processes payouts quickly. In most cases, you receive your payout reward within a short time after you request it.

Bank transfers may take longer when they go through intermediary banks or arrive on weekends and bank holidays. These delays depend on the banks, not on Winbance.
Follow your payout in real time
The status of your payout is updated in Dashboard → Payouts, and you receive an email at every step:

| Approved | Your payout has been approved and is being sent |
| Paid | Your payout has been sent to your payout method |
My payout is taking longer than expected
- If your payout is Pending for more than 24 hours, or Paid but not received after 3 business days, open a ticket from Dashboard → Support with the subject Payout and select your payout ID.
- Check that your payout details are correct, especially the bank details or the TRC-20 wallet address.
