What happens if I breach my Livex account?
A breached Livex account ends and cannot be reset. Payouts already paid are yours and your other accounts are not affected.

If your Livex account reaches the maximum drawdown or is closed for breaking a trading rule, the account ends. This is what happens next.
When the account is breached
- Your open positions are closed automatically and the account is disabled for trading.
- You receive an email with the reason, and the account is marked as Breached in your dashboard.
- The account is removed from your Rithmic user.
- Its full history stays available in your dashboard, including your trades and the payouts you received.
What about my payouts?
- Payouts already paid are yours. A breach never affects payouts you have already received.
- Pending payout requests are reviewed by our team based on the status of the account when you sent the request. If the account was closed for prohibited practices, pending payouts are cancelled.
Can I recover the account?
No. A breached Livex account cannot be reset or reactivated. To get a new Livex account, you need to pass a new Challenge. You can also buy a Direct Pass or Freedom account to start funded right away.
Your other accounts
- A breach only affects that Livex account. Your other accounts keep working normally.
- If you had a passed Challenge pending because you reached the Livex limit, it is activated automatically in the free slot.
- If you have no other active accounts, your Rithmic access is paused. It is reactivated automatically as soon as you buy a new account.
If you believe your account was breached by mistake, contact our team through the live chat with your account login, and we will review it.
