Where do I find my Rithmic credentials?

Your Rithmic credentials are the username and password you use to log in to your trading platform. You receive them by email after your purchase, and they are always available in your dashboard.

Where to find them

Dashboard	Dashboard → Accounts → select your account → Credentials

In the dashboard, click the copy icon next to the Login and the Password to copy them without typing errors.

One user for all your accounts

You have one Rithmic user for all your Winbance accounts. When you buy a new account, pass a Challenge or activate Livex, the new account appears automatically under the same user. In your platform, you simply select the account you want to trade.

Keep them safe

• Your credentials are personal. Sharing them or letting someone else trade your account is not allowed and may lead to the closure of all your accounts.
• Winbance staff will never ask you for your Rithmic password.
