When and how do I verify my identity (KYC)?
KYC is required before Livex activation, your first payout and affiliate commissions. It takes 2–3 minutes, once.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification we need before you can receive payout rewards. It is quick, fully online, and you only do it once for all your Winbance accounts.
When is KYC required?

You can complete it at any time from your dashboard, even before you need it.
How to complete it
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Verification and click Verify my identity.
- Select your country and your document type.
- Take a photo of your ID document, front and back if needed.
- Take a selfie following the on-screen instructions. Your camera will check that you are a real person.
- Submit. It takes about 2–3 minutes.
You can do it from your computer or scan the QR code to continue on your phone.
After you submit

| Pending | Your documents are being checked. Most verifications are completed in a few minutes |
| Approved | Your identity is verified for all your accounts |
| Rejected | Something didn't match. The reason is shown, and you can try again |
Tips for a fast approval
- Use an original, valid document, not a photocopy or a screenshot.
- Take the photos in good light, without reflections, and with all four corners visible.
- Make sure your name in Winbance matches your document.
- Remove glasses, hats or anything covering your face for the selfie.
Your data is processed securely by our verification provider and is only used to confirm your identity.
