Phishing is when someone pretends to be Winbance to steal your password, your 2FA codes or your money. These simple rules keep your account safe.
Winbance will never ask you for
| Your Winbance password | ✗ Never |
| Your 2FA codes or recovery codes | ✗ Never |
| Your Rithmic password | ✗ Never |
| Your card details by email, chat or private message | ✗ Never |
| A payment to "unlock" a payout or an account | ✗ Never |
| Remote access to your computer | ✗ Never |
If someone asks you for any of these, it is not Winbance.
Check where you are
- Our official website is winbance.com, and your dashboard is on a winbance.com address. Always check the address in your browser before logging in.
- Official emails always come from an @winbance.com address.
- Our team only contacts you through the live chat, support tickets in your dashboard and official @winbance.com emails.
- On Telegram, Discord or Instagram, our team will never message you first to offer accounts, payouts or "special deals".
Signs of a phishing attempt
- Urgent messages: *"Your account will be closed in 1 hour"*.
- Offers that are too good: *"Guaranteed funded account"* or *"Double your payout"*.
- Links to addresses that look similar to ours but are different.
- Requests to install software or share your screen.
Protect your account
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Use a unique password that you don't use on other websites.
- Keep your recovery codes and your Rithmic credentials private.
- Log in by typing winbance.com yourself, not from links in messages.
Think your account was compromised?
- Change your password immediately in Dashboard → Settings → Security.
- Check that 2FA is enabled and review your payout methods.
- Contact our team through the live chat so we can secure your account.
