How do I reset my password?

You can reset your Winbance password in a few seconds from the login page, or change it from your dashboard if you are already logged in.

I forgot my password

1. Go to the login page and click Forgot your password?
2. Enter the email of your Winbance account.
3. Open the email we send you and click the reset link. The link is valid for a limited time.
4. Choose your new password and confirm it.
5. Log in with your new password.

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam and promotions folders, and make sure you entered the email you used to sign up.

I want to change my password

1. Log in and go to Dashboard → Settings → Security.
2. Click Change password.
3. Enter your current password and your new password.
4. Save. You may be asked for your 2FA code.

Tips for a strong password

• Use at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers and symbols.
• Don't reuse a password you use on other websites.
• Use a password manager to create and save it.

Winbance password vs Rithmic password

Rithmic password	Logging in to your trading platform. You find it in Dashboard → Accounts → Credentials

Changing your Winbance password does not change your Rithmic password.

Signed up with Google?

If you created your account with Google, simply log in with the Continue with Google button. Your password is managed by Google.
